The property is located within Villa dei Cerri, a beautiful property nestled in the Aranova forest, a short distance from Fiumicino Airport and the Roman coastline of Fregene, Maccarese, and Passoscuro. Here, you can enjoy a stay in close contact with nature, just minutes from the beach and a twenty-minute drive from the charm and wonders of the capital. It's the ideal place for those who want to visit Rome but have a quiet, natural place to return to.

At Villa dei Cerri, guests can enjoy over half a hectare of nature, strolling among foxes and squirrels, relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine on a lounge chair overlooking the valley, dining al fresco under a kiwi pergola, or learning about the secrets of the vegetable garden and orchard with your host Simone.
The two bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa; they are accessed from the outside via a spiral staircase.
A shared entrance serves as a divider between the two rooms.
On the right, you'll find a large room of approximately 35 square meters, comprising:
•⁠ ⁠Living area with a comfortable sofa, table, and a small wet bar with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker;
•⁠ ⁠Sleeping area with a double bed;
•⁠ ⁠Bathroom with a shower.
On the left, you'll find another very large room of approximately 45 square meters, comprising:
• Living area with a comfortable sofa;
• Dining area with a table and a small wet bar with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker;
• Sleeping area with a double bed;
• Bathroom with a shower.
Both bedrooms are complete with bed linens and towels. They do not have a kitchen and are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and an outdoor barbecue (shared with other guests of the villa).
Small pets are welcome, but please keep them on a leash and never leave them unattended and free to roam the garden or woods.

Aranova is a hamlet in the municipality of Fiumicino, about 10-15 minutes from Leonardo da Vinci International Airport. It's a 10-minute drive from Passoscuro and 15 minutes from Fregene, where you'll find excellent beach resorts, restaurants, and nightclubs for enjoying the summer nightlife.
In about 20-25 minutes by car, you can reach the Cornelia metro station (Line A), which takes you to the Cipro (Vatican Museums) and Ottaviano stops in 5 minutes, and the Spagna stop in 12 minutes.
