Ideal accommodation for those who want to spend a vacation just a stone's throw from the sea, in the heart of the Parco Nazionale del Cilento, Valle di Diano e Alburni - UNESCO Heritage
The apartment, very bright, is located within a residential complex, on the mezzanine floor.
The complex has a beautiful restaurant overlooking the sea, a five-a-side football pitch and three swimming pools (open only in July and August).
The entrance opens onto a terraced area furnished with an outdoor hot shower, barbecue, ping pong table, umbrella and garden furniture.
Three steps lead to the patio with dining table and built-in kitchen (gas stove).
From the patio you enter the apartment which consists of:
• Living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette with electric stove and electric oven;
• Room with French bed;
• Bathroom with shower box.
The area is very safe and quiet, suitable for couples and families.

The apartment has private parking, air conditioning (only in the bedroom), dishwasher, toaster, table and iron.

The accommodation is located in Baia Tirrena, inside the Ferlaino Park, in a strategic position, a few steps from the beach of Marina di Ascea and 4 minutes from the archaeological site of Velia.
Velia is famous for being the home of the philosophy school of Parmenides and Zeno. In addition to the Eleatic school, the archaeological site of Velia still tells the story of a large city of Magna Graecia with its citizens, its daily life, its public and private spaces.
A few steps away you can access the very long beach of Ascea.
The sandy beach of the Gulf of Velia, in fact, starts from the cliff of Punta del Telegrafo and reaches the port of Casal Velino Marina, passing through the territory of Velia.
The beach, along the entire coast, is made up of very fine sand, with a golden colour.
One of the most characteristic points of the Asceo coast is the cliff of Ascea Marina or Punta del Telegrafo. The cliff takes its name from the Telegraph Tower of the same name which dominates the beach below. The beach is very characteristic as on the right side looking at the sea of Ascea Marina there is the golden beach typical of the gulf of Velia, on the left side of the cliff the coast becomes rocky with some coves reachable by boat or by swimming for the more adventurous. In reality there are also tunnels dug into the rock from which it is possible to reach the coves, currently closed. For those who love trekking and fantastic landscapes, you can take the Lovers' path which climbs right above the path.
