The Lido di Ostia, on the coast south of the mouth of the Tiber, is connected by the railway and two large roads, via del Mare and via Cristoforo Colombo, to the city of Rome, of which it is a coastal fraction. The apartment is located a stone's throw from the "Stella Polare" metro stop, from which you can reach the central "Piramide" station in the heart of Rome in about 75 minutes.
The closest beach is about 600 meters away and can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot.
