The apartment is located in the heart of the Marconi neighborhood, an important working-class neighborhood in the southwest of the city.  
The Marconi neighborhood's proximity to the Tiber River is one of the area's distinctive features.
 The river offers a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere and is a natural feature of great value.
Furthermore, along its banks are numerous parks and green spaces, such as the Garden of Science Bridge, ideal for outdoor activities and leisure.
A short distance away are the Basilica of St. Paul and the characteristic Porta Portese flea market, open only on Sundays.  
Directly below the apartment is the characteristic local market, open every morning of the week except Sunday, where you can buy fruit, vegetables, meat, and fish. 

The "Marconi" metro station (line B) is about a 15-minute walk away.  
The Historic Center can be easily reached in about 20 minutes via the frequent bus lines 716 and 170.
