The apartment, about 90 square meters, is located on the sixth floor of a residential building with a lift.

The apartment is located in the popular Colli Albani neighborhood.
Here bars, pastry shops and many clothing stores reign supreme, and a constant influx of people enlivens the streets at all hours of the day.
Here too the speech is the same, since it is an ideal place to eat and shop, but Colli Albani is also an excellent area for those who love spending some time in nature.
Colli Albani is in fact one of the most accessible and well-known points to enter the Caffarella park, one of the largest in Rome, where many go for a walk, run and is also loved by many Roman cyclists, who in the modern cementing find a corner of nature in the city.
