The apartment, about 110 square meters, has just been renovated and completed in September 2024. It is located on the mezzanine floor of an elegant complex of buildings within a splendid and large courtyard full of greenery and equipped with benches, overlooking one of the most beautiful squares in the city.

The apartment is located in one of the most suggestive places in the city, in the heart of the Flaminio district, where you can breathe an atmosphere of great vitality, between leisure, sports and culture within reach within a few hundred meters.
You can enjoy a coffee outdoors, admire a match at the PalaTiziano, attend a concert at the Auditorium or visit an exhibition at the Maxxi. The square, built in 1927, presents itself as an urban lounge and was pedestrianized in 2019. Here you can stop in front of the delightful twin dolphin fountains, similar in style to the neighborhood ones by Pietro Lombardi. In the square there is also a delicious café: "Etablino", open for breakfast, lunch, aperitif and dinner. Leaving the building and turning left into Via Masolino da Panicale, you will find the historic "Mamma Mia" restaurant, where you can taste Roman cuisine, refined and at decidedly affordable prices.
The complex where the apartment is located has been home to numerous film sets due to the splendid setting in which it is nestled.

The Piazza, elliptical in shape, has always remained faithful to its original appearance, with an enormous hundred-year-old holm oak in its center that provides shade: its name is "Tutta Roma".
This is what the children of the neighborhood called it, who in the early decades of the 1900s climbed up its branches to watch the city that was constantly changing even then.
As stated on the plaque fixed to its trunk since 1935, this tree for the kids of the time is no longer called holm oak but Tutta Roma because when they climbed up it they said "Anvedi da quassù se vede tutta Roma".

The apartment is very well connected to the city center.
In about 15 minutes you can reach Piazza del Popolo thanks to the fast tram no. 2. The cycle path is easily accessible from the apartment.
