• Bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower cubicle;
• Living room with single sofa bed;
• Fully equipped kitchen;
• External balcony with dining table.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom, ceiling fan in the living room, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi connection, TV, private parking.
The swimming pool is shared with the owners and the people who occupy the other apartment in the villa;
In the common areas (garden and swimming pool) the owner's dogs, two medium-sized Maremma sheepdogs, extremely docile and absolutely not dangerous, circulate freely.
The villa is located within a private complex in the heart of the Appia Antica, also known as the "Regina Viarum", the most famous and ancient Roman road.
The Appia Antica Regional Park with its 4,580 hectares is the largest urban protected area in Europe.
A green wedge that runs from the city center towards the Castelli Romani.
Here history, archeology and nature blend in a landscape and environment of exceptional interest that offers even the most intransigent visitors unexpected surprises.
At the center is the Regina Viarum, an open-air museum that winds for over 16 kilometres, always accessible. On its sides extend the historic agricultural estates interrupted by the spectacular remains of imperial villas and aqueducts.
The use of the car is strongly recommended.
In 10-15 minutes by car you can reach the Colosseum or the Circus Maximus; from there you can explore any area of the Historic Center on foot.
For those who don't have a car, the closest bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away.
Taking line 765, you will arrive in about 10 minutes at the "Arco di Travertino" metro station, 11 stops from the Spanish Steps.
Alternatively you can take line 118 to reach the Colosseum in about 20 minutes.
