The apartment is located in the heart of Montespaccato, a lively neighborhood on the outskirts of Rome.  
It is located between Via Boccea and Via Aurelia, in the inner part near the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA).
 The neighborhood has the typical appearance of a residential area on the outskirts of Rome.  
If you're looking for a quiet area with relatively little traffic, this is the perfect place for you.  Montespaccato is a predominantly residential neighborhood, so what's on offer here is primarily focused on everyday life, with few special social events.  
It should be noted that the apartment is located very close to Unicusano University (within walking distance) and the Forum Sport Center.

The area is well connected to the city center by public transportation.  From nearby Piazza Cornelia, you can take bus lines 981, 983, or 985, which will take you in just a few minutes to the "Cornelia" or "Battistini" metro stops, both on line A.
From there, the city center is a 10-15 minute metro ride away.
