The front door opens onto an open space that includes a full kitchen equipped with everything you need and more to make our guests' stay comfortable: dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, "brikka" (similar to a traditional moka) coffee machine with ground coffee, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, dishes and cutlery are among the amenities you will find in the cheerful and colorful kitchen, obviously equipped with a dining table and chairs.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with a double sofa bed (French size), a television and a bookcase. We encourage all our guests to leave a book at home and take another (take one).
The French window in the living room opens onto one of the two large balconies, a wonderful perk to offer in the city.
Here you will find a dining table with 6 seats and the wonderful private garden with two comfortable loungers to sunbathe and relax after long walks through the streets and squares of the Eternal City.
Back inside the house, the fully windowed bathroom has a large separate shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The double bedroom, with a comfortable mattress and large wardrobe, completes the view of the house.
The apartment is equipped with a heating system (with the building's timetable) and air conditioning (this is totally autonomous) with fans (one in the bedroom and one in the living room), the operation of which will be instructed after booking. Our guests will be able to use an excellent Wi-Fi connection and a privileged outdoor space.
The building is equipped with a lift and there is the possibility of using the internal and covered parking under the structure to park your car comfortably and safely.
Check-in is autonomous (self check-in): instructions will be provided after booking and will include the use of a locker outside the apartment, from which you can collect the keys. In this locker you will find 2 sets of keys: please remember to always leave one inside the locker. Do not take it with you or leave it inside the apartment: it is thought to be the spare set of keys in case you lock yourself out and we are not physically present to assist you.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with all services (breakfast bar, pharmacy, supermarkets and shopping center are all within 500 meters walking distance from the house); very well connected by public transport to San Pietro, Trastevere and line A. (The stop of the line is in front of the house).
Very close to the Bambin Gesù Hospital and 12 km from Fiumicino airport.
The bus stop (n.98 and n.786) under the house directly connects both the city center (San Pietro in about 25 minutes) and with the metro line A (Cornelia / Baldo degli Ubaldi stop). TV, Wi-Fi, availability of the washing machine and book sharing (take one).
