The apartment, recently renovated, of about 70 square meters, is located on the second floor with elevator of a residential building from the early 1900s.
Despite being a short distance from the heart of Trastevere, it is located in a private and quiet street; it also enjoys a splendid view of Via Mameli and Piazza San Cosimato.
It consists of:
• Bedroom with double bed;
• Living room with double sofa bed and single sofa bed;
• Eat-in kitchen;
• Bathroom with shower.
This tourist accommodation, complete with bed linen and towels, is equipped with air conditioning, Internet connection, washing machine, smart TV, microwave, ceiling fans.
The heating is autonomous.

Trastevere was above all a popular neighborhood inhabited by artisans and small traders attracted by the proximity of the docks south of the Tiber Island.
Trastevere has never lost its popular character; the poets who celebrated Rome in the local dialect always found an answer there.
All along the noisy Viale di Trastevere, the side streets fill with stalls and carts of street vendors under the benign clock of the Madonnas illuminated by small lanterns.
On summer evenings the quiet squares transform into cheerful family groups eating outdoors; a fascinating aspect of the Roman lifestyle.
Very close to some of the most touristic places such as Torre Anguillara, San Crisogono, Santa Cecilia, Piazza Trilussa, Basilica di Santa Maria in Trastevere.

The apartment is located about 25 minutes by bus from Termini station, 14 minutes from Trastevere station.
The area is very central, in the heart of the popular Trastevere neighborhood. Walking for 10-15 minutes you can reach points of interest such as Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Piazza Campo dé Fiori.
