Very comfortable and elegant apartment, located in the Ostiense district, well connected to the historic center.

The apartment, of approximately 90 m2, is located on the first floor of a residential building without a lift.
It consists of:
• Large living room furnished with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette;
• Bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and private bathroom with shower;
• Room with sofa bed (double or two singles);
• Bathroom with bathtub;
• Balcony with table for a quick breakfast.
The apartment, complete with bed linen and towels, is equipped with air conditioning in the main bedroom and in the living room (in the second bedroom there is a ceiling fan), Wifi connection, color TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven microwave, kettle, toaster.

Ostiense is a popular and residential neighborhood where the Basilica of San Paolo Fuori le Mura is located, dating back to the 4th century. Students and hipsters love frequenting all-night bars and discos in the essential, graffiti-filled Garbatella. At the Ostiense train station, the large Eataly store houses four floors of restaurants, bars and gourmet food shops, while the Centrale Montemartini museum displays classical sculptures in a former power station.
Residing here means being well connected to the center and the adjacent neighborhoods thanks to the metro, with 3 stops (Piramide, Garbatella and Basilica San Paolo), to the Ostiense railway station (the third in the capital in terms of annual number of passengers, which also offers a connection with Fiumicino airport) and, finally, to the various bus lines.
As for road connections, the most important are the Ostiense ring road, and, especially in summer and on weekends, the roads that connect the neighborhood to Lido di Ostia in about twenty minutes or so (traffic permitting).
