The apartment, of about 50 square meters, is located on the second floor of a residential building with a lift.  
It consists of:  
• Bedroom with double bed and access to a delightful balcony;
 • Living room with comfortable double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette;  
• Bathroom with shower.  
The tourist accommodation, complete with bed linen and towels, is equipped with air conditioning, Internet connection, smart TV, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher.   

The apartment is located in the heart of Prenestino, a neighborhood that should be known and discovered because it has so much to offer.  
The neighborhood is affected by the presence of several green areas and sites of historical and archaeological interest.  
Among the latter, the Mausoleum of Sant'Elena, the Catacombs of Saints Marcellino and Pietro, the Sepulchre of Eurisace and the beautiful Porta Maggiore deserve to be mentioned in particular.  
The main parks in the neighborhood are the Villa Gordiani Archaeological Park and Villa de Sanctis, also known as Casilino-Labicano Park.  
Prenestino is also characterized by significant examples of industrial architecture, in particular the former Pantanella pasta factory, now a residential center, and the former Serono Pharmaceutical Institute, now a hotel.  
The houses and buildings that characterize this neighborhood are very different from each other, in terms of era, style and aesthetic and structural quality and these contrasts make the identity of the place and make it interesting and characteristic.  
In general, life in Prenestino is fast and cheerful thanks to a lively and frenetic atmosphere, the streets always bright and busy, the shops and public establishments that are numerous and always lively and busy.   

The neighborhood has good connections with the historic center of Rome and the rest of the capital.
 In particular, it is served by the Metro Line C through the Pigneto, Malatesta and Teano stations.  It is also affected by the presence of the Rome-Giardinetti railway.  
The closest metro stop is "Teano" (Line C), just a 5-minute walk away.  The most convenient bus lines to take are 14BUS, 314, 542, 548, 5BUS, which allow you to easily reach both the city center and the train stations.
