Bright and elegant apartment with a stunning terrace, just a short distance from the B metro line, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the Historic Center.

The apartment is located a short walk from the Policlinico Umberto I hospital, in the Nomentano neighborhood, northeast of the historic center.  This is a highly attractive area because it combines excellent transport links, an authentic Roman atmosphere, and generally lower costs than more touristy areas.  
The presence of Sapienza University makes the neighborhood lively, with many students, bookshops, cafes, and restaurants frequented primarily by residents and university students.  Nearby attractions include Villa Torlonia, an elegant historic park with monumental buildings, and the Verano Monumental Cemetery, one of Italy's most important monumental cemeteries, with historic tombs, sculptures, and artistic landscapes rarely seen by tourists.   

The apartment is about a 5-minute walk from the "Policlinico" metro station on Line B, just 3 minutes from Termini and about 10 minutes from the city's most central areas.
