The apartment, of about 180 square meters, is located on the third floor of a historic building with a lift.
A large entrance opens onto two different wings of the apartment.
To the right of the entrance we find:
• Large living room furnished with dining table, comfortable double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette;
• First bedroom with double bed and wardrobe;
• Second bedroom with desk and a staircase leading to a mezzanine furnished with double bed;
• Bathroom with shower;
• Terrace overlooking the rooftops of Rome and furnished with a small table and chairs; the terrace is accessible from the living room and the second bedroom with mezzanine.
To the left of the entrance we find:
• Large living room with piano and fully equipped kitchenette;
• First bedroom with double bed;
• Second bedroom with single sofa bed and second single pull-out bed;
• Bathroom with shower.
The tourist accommodation is perfect for large families or groups of friends, given the fact that the rooms are easily divisible and independent, almost forming two different apartments, each with two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and bathroom.
The apartment, complete with bed linen and kitchen linen, is equipped with air conditioning, Internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher, smart TV.
The apartment is located a stone's throw from Piazza Navona and Piazza Campo dé Fiori.
